The use of this web site by any Seller, Buyer, or Browser will be construed as an agreement to abide by the policies of National Farm Products as contained in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. National Farm Products (NFP) is a listing service only. We will accept ads for virtually anything that is on, from, or for a farm, including, but not limited to, vehicles, heavy equipment, trailers, tanks, hand tools, power tools, seed, produce, plants, livestock, land, buildings, or an entire farm. Ads may be posted for announcement of events, help wanted, or job seeking. NFP does not guarantee the sale of any item listed, the procurement of any item sought, the securing of a position of employment, the application of a prospective employee, or the actual taking place of any event that may be posted as an announcement ad. Basic Membership is free of cost and without any obligation for future purchases. You are not required to register as a Member in order to view the NFP web site, however membership is required for posting an ad. Non-Members (Browsers) and Members may search the NFP ads free of charge and my contact any Member who has listed any ad concerning that ad without purchasing Posting Privileges and without any obligation to NFP. In order to post an ad on NFP you must register as a Member. A single ad costs $25. Each listing will run for 1 month from the date of listing. Each re-listing will be billed at the time the ad is re-listed. The ad may be cancelled prior to the re-listing date at no cost or penalt. Upon confirmed and executed sale of the item we encourage the Seller to cancel the ad to prevent unnecessary inquiries about the item. If the ad is cancelled and the sale does not go through, NFP will not refund the listing fee, nor will NFP re-list the item for a prorated balance of the previous listing. The Seller may re-list the item in accordance with NFP policies. NFP will not refund or pro-rate listing fees in the event an item is cancelled for any reason other than may be enumerated in the User Agreement. Because NFP does not refund listing fees, before cancelling an item after a sale we encourage the Seller to ensure that the sale is executed in full to the Seller�s satisfaction. If an item does not sell the Seller may relist the item. Any ad that is extended or re-listed will be charged a $25 listing fee. NFP does not charge a finder�s fee or commission at the completion of any sale. NFP does not offer any guarantees, warranties, or endorsements of any item listed or any Seller listing an item on its web site. NFP strongly encourages honesty and fairness on the part of both Sellers and Buyers, but makes no guarantees on either part regarding the accuracy of information in the ad listing, the ability or validity of method of payment by the Buyer, the qualifications of any job applicant, the working conditions of any employer, or the accuracy of any announcement. Any ad listed on NFP that is deemed to be unsuitable or in violation of NFP policies will be de-listed and the listing fees will be refunded to the Lister. Ads that may be deemed unsuitable and de-listed include, but are not limited to, those that advertise any form of pornography, the sale of illegal drugs, illegal events, events or items not farm, ranch or agriculture related, the sale, purchase, trading, or fencing of stolen property, advertisements containing vulgar language, threats of extortion, bribery, violence, "protection" rackets, or any other advertisements deemed unsuitable by National Farm Products. Prices for items listed on NFP are set by the Seller and may or may not be negotiable at the Seller�s discretion. Buyers should be aware that the price of an item in a listing may not include tax, license, registration, title, finance charges, or any other local, state, or federal charges. The buyer should inquire from the Seller and any and all authorities that may have an interest in the sale. The Seller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information of listed ads, including, but not limited to, a complete description, identifying information, capabilities, condition, damage, and warrantees. Buyers should use caution and common sense when making purchases and receive sufficient answers to their questions regarding the item. The Seller must be legally empowered to sell the item listed and should be in possession of all appropriate documentation, if applicable, to transfer ownership to the Buyer. NFP strongly encourages direct communications between parties, but will not play the part of a "middle man" to facilitate this communication. By default, the E-Mail address of the listing member is hidden from ad viewers. If the Listing member of the ad will accept communications other than by E-mail from the NFP web site by an potential responder, the Lister should put that information into the ad. NFP will fully cooperate with local, state, or federal authorities in any investigation concerning theft, the transfer or sale of stolen property, or any other criminal investigation. The Seller should be prepared to sell the listed item for the listed price. The Seller and Buyer may, in good faith, strike a bargain for a price or barter other than what is listed in the ad. All participants should be prepared to complete the transaction in accordance with their agreement. NFP will not be involved in brokering any arrangement, nor will NFP be an escrow or holding service, or assist in money transfer for either the Buyer or the Seller. NFP strongly encourages the factual documentation, in writing, of any agreement between a buyer and seller, or employer and employee for the protection of all parties involved. The Seller may list multiple items in a single ad if they can reasonably be considered to make up a single set. For example: A truck-tractor and set of double trailers; 10 fifty pound bags of seed; an entire farm. Multiple, separate vehicles must be listed individually, for example: Four D8 tractors must be listed separately; a water truck and a backhoe must be listed separately. Information about Buyers and Sellers, including names, addresses, telephone numbers, and E-Mail addresses will not be mined for the purpose of building or expanding databases or lists for use in advertising or SPAM campaigns, cold-call contact, mailed flyers or any other purpose other than concerning a possible sale or purchase of a listed item, a sought position or offer of employment, or clarification of an announcement ad. No Browser, Member or other User may compile any list of members for sale or lease to any other part or for any mass-mailing campaign or spam.
